Biology

One of the 3 problems is that the fossil record doesn't match up with Darwin's theory of species evolving over time.  Darwin was hoping that the fossil record would show species evovling to prove that time in between the fossil records would prove his theory correct.  But obviously, the fossil records do not back up his idea and therefore his theory is wrong.

Another problem is mutations.  Mutations usally hurt people.  What is the possiblity or chance of a mutation actually be a good thing?  Also what is the chance of life turning into a cell?  In class I learned that a person is most likely going to win lottery once per week than life actually turning into a cell.  Also how can life start if it doesn't have all the necessary parts that it needs.  For example a bacteria flagellum needs 40 essential parts inorder for it to move and work.  With one part missing the bacteria will remain useless and unfucntional.  So, in order for life to start, the cell would need all of its functional parts.

Another problem is that there is no way that natural selection could have existed before the living cell.  For example what is the chance of natural selection to come up with DNA?  There are 20 amino acids in our bodies that make protien to help our bodies to stay energized and to keep our bodies functioning.  The DNA in our bodies hold the blue prints of making amino acids. DNA is so complex to understand, how could life come from nothing and turn evovle into something so complex?  It's quite mind boggling that it's even hard for me to wrap my mind around this theory.

Soon enough some scientists start think there might be some type of design or intligent mind beind our world.  The more scientists study and discover more about our world and species that roam it, the more they understand and learn that Darwin's theory is invalid, random chance is a big probility issue, mutations, and natural selection couldn't start life without the necessary parts and without mutations hurting life.
